The District Police Office, Parsa nabbed Miya from Maisthan of Birgunj on Monday.
Miya, who has already served jail term for allegedly involved in smuggling timbers to India from the national forest of Parsa, has been taken under control for necessary investigation in a criminal case and FIR, said Deputy Superintendant of Police (DSP) Rabindra KC.
Police arrested him on the charge of killing Central Chairperson of Nepal Hindu Youth Association Kashi Tiwari acting on the FIR registered by the victim family.
