After CPN-UML Chief Minister (CM) Saroj Kumar Yadav resigned, Provincial Head Surendra Labh Karna on Wednesday invited parties to submit their claims by Friday.

Yadav noted that all other parties in the alliance have already led the provincial government in previous terms, making it reasonable for NC to take charge this time.
