KATHMANDU, Aug 28: Krishna Sunar of Bheriganga Municipality-2 in Surkhet, has been arrested in Kuwait in connection with a human smuggling and trafficking case. The arrest was made with the help of an Interpol Red Notice.

According to the Central Police, Sunar was brought to Kathmandu on Wednesday with the cooperation of Kuwait’s National Crime Investigation Department. He will be handed over to the District Police Office, Surkhet, for further legal proceedings in accordance with the case.
