KATHMANDU: The price of gold in the Nepali bullion market fell sharply on Friday, dropping by Rs 10,500 per tola in a single day.

According to the Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers’ Association (FENEGOSIDA), gold is being traded at Rs 286,700 per tola on Friday, down from Rs 297,200 per tola on Thursday.
Similarly, the price of silver also declined. Silver is being traded at Rs 4,640 per tola, a decrease of Rs 305 from the previous day, the FENEGOSIDA said.
