KATHMANDU, Nov 21: Swiss Ambassador for Nepal, Elisabeth Von Capeller, on Tuesday inaugurated a new building of Kyanjing Cheese Production Center in Langtang Valley of Rasuwa.
The building, which was damaged by the 2015 earthquakes, has been renovated with Swiss financial support worth Rs 17.7 million.

The Swiss-funded Dairy Development Program (1952-1964) had established cheese production plants in different locations including Kathmandu in 1955.
Before the earthquakes, the center was producing about 14,000 kilograms of cheese annually.
