KATHMANDU, July 16: Police have arrested 25 people from different parts of the country in possession of illegal drugs during routine patrols.
According to the Central Police News Desk, six people each were arrested from Sunsari and Kailali, three each from Jhapa and Morang, two each from Nuwakot, Surkhet and Syangja, and one from Siraha.

Police recovered brown heroin as well as buprenorphine and diazepam, prescription medicines that can only be purchased on a doctor's recommendation, from those arrested.
