KATHMANDU, June 9: The government has transferred 10 secretaries in a major administrative reshuffle following the reduction in the number of ministries, resulting in a concentration of top bureaucrats at the Prime Minister’s Office (PMO), where the total number of secretaries has now reached ten.
The restructuring has further increased the administrative load at the PMO.
