KATHMANDU, Oct 2: The Supreme Court has ordered the police to register a complaint and conduct necessary investigation into the incident involving the killing of a leader close to Netra Bikram Chanda-led Communist Party of Nepal (CPN).
A division bench of justices Anil Kumar Sinha and Hari Prasad Phuyal ordered police to register a complaint and order an investigation.
