KATHMANDU, Dec 29: Speaker Devraj Ghimire has recommended the appointment of Harka Raj Rai of Jhapa as the Secretary of the House of Representatives (HoR).
Speaker Ghimire met with President Ram Chandra Poudel on Sunday morning and made a recommendation regarding the appointment of the HoR Secretary in accordance with Article 106 of the Constitution. The post has remained vacant after the HoR Secretary Suresh Adhikari resigned on November 24, 2024.
