The deceased has been identified as motorcyclist Bablu Mandal, 21, of Dhanusha, Siyahimadan-1, District Police Office, Siraha told Republica Online.
Injured are pillion riders Dinesh Mandal, 22, and Nathuni Mandal, 27 of Siyahimadan-1.
The accident took place when the motorcyclist lost control over the wheels of the motorcycle, Ko 23 Pa 5171, due to over-speed and hit a temple at Nahara Chowk, according to police.
The injured are receiving treatment at Biratnagar Hospital.
