KATHMANDU, Sept 13: A new song titled Ae Nadi Ae Himal, portraying the destruction and suffering caused by the devastating Bhotekoshi River flood in Rasuwa, has been released.
The song highlights the pain of displaced families, missing loved ones, destroyed infrastructure and shattered dreams in the aftermath of the flood. It also raises questions about climate change, unplanned development, exploitation of rivers and mountain ecosystems, and disaster preparedness.
