KATHMANDU, Aug 8: In the ongoing AFC U-20 Women’s Asian Cup qualifiers in Thimphu, Bhutan, Nepal will face Saudi Arabia Friday.
This will be Nepal’s second match in the tournament. The match is scheduled to start at 1:45 PM at Changlimithang Stadium in Thimphu.

Nepal drew 1–1 against Bhutan in their opening game, while Saudi Arabia suffered a heavy 15–0 defeat against North Korea. Nepal is yet to play against the strong North Korean team, which is a two-time world champion.
According to the tournament rules, the winner of each group will qualify for the Asian Cup, along with the two best runners-up.
