KATHMANDU, Aug 17: Bagh Bhairav Jatra is celebrated on the first day of Bhadra in Kirtipur.
An idol of Bagh Bhairav, especially made for the festival, is carried through the streets with traditional bands, followed by devotees chanting religious hymns and Lakhey dance.
