Balen Govt heading toward intolerance, revenge, and prejudice, says Kamal Thapa

KATHMANDU, March 28: Rastriya Prajatantra Party (RPP) leader Kamal Thapa has raised objections to the government’s arrest of former Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli and former Home Minister Ramesh Lekhak this morning.

Taking to social media, Thapa wrote, “The Balen government, formed with the goal of good governance and economic prosperity, appears to be drifting toward intolerance, revenge, and prejudice. At a time like this, conflict and confrontation should not be anyone’s priority. Adherence to the rule of law, mutual harmony, and unity are the key conditions for achieving good governance and prosperity.”
