KATHMANDU, March 7: Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP) candidate Balendra Shah (Balen) is confirmed to win from Jhapa–5.
Out of 82,118 votes counted so far, Balen is leading with 52,096 votes. CPN-UML candidate KP Sharma Oli is in second place with only 14,031 votes.
