KATHMANDU, April 22: Police have arrested Balika Khadka from the CPN-UML headquarters in Thapathali, Kathmandu.
Khadka scolded and used abusive words after approaching Chief Minister of Province 1, Sherdhan Rai who was also present at the office. According to the police, she was arrested after Prime minister KP Sharma Oli and other party leaders left the party office.
