Basnyat re-elected in Himalayan distillery

KATHMANDU, May 14: The first meeting of the board of directors of Himalayan Distillery re-elected Narendra Basnyat as the chairman of the company. The meeting also re-elected Raj Bahadur Shah as the managing director. [break]



A press release issued by the company on Thursday said the annual general meeting of the company held in Parsa on May 7 had elected Basnyat, Shah, Akhileshwor Prasad Singh and Binod Shrestha as the members of the board of directors from among the promoters and Santoo Shrestha, Parimal Jha and Shanker Raj Panday from among the general shareholders.
