KATHMANDU, June 8: Bakhat Bahadur Bhandari has been elected as Dailekh district President of Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP). The recently concluded first convention of the party elected a new 11-member district working committee.
According to the election committee, Bhandari won the competition for the post of President by getting 93 votes while his nearest competitor Prakash Budha got 69 votes.
Similarly, Ganesh Shahi was elected as the vice president, Ramesh KC as secretary, and Ram Bahadur Shahi was elected as the joint secretary, informed Lokendra Bahadur Shahi, coordinator of the election committee.

Meanwhile, Makkar Bahadur Bhandari has been elected as the President of Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP) Jumla chapter. Bhandari was unanimously elected as the President from the first district convention of the party.
Similarly, Sunil Bahadur Rokaya was elected as vice president, Jagat Bahadur Khatri as secretary and Dan BahadurBudha as joint secretary.
Pema Lama Tamang, Shante Kami, Bhim Bahadur Budha and Sita Rokaya were selected as members of the district committee.
