According to Kohalpur Area Police Office, the outer wall of the company was damaged and windowpanes of the factory were broken due to the blast.
Janatantrik Terai Madhes Mukti Party has taken responsibility for the blast.
The party’s newly elected central chairman Bhagat Singh claimed responsibility for the blast through a phone call to RSS representative. He claimed that the blast was carried to warn the factory against labor exploitation.
