A meeting held at the Department of Transport Management (DoTM) on Tuesday, attended by Director General Rajeev Pokharel and Federation of Nepali National Transport Entrepreneurs Chairman Punya Prasad Sitaula (Saroj), decided to begin bookings from October 9.
The DoTM said preparations are underway to ensure safe and orderly travel during the festival, including vehicle management, passenger services and coordination with transport operators and security agencies.
