KATHMANDU, July 28: Engineer Hari Kumar Pokharel, director of the Mid-hill Highway project, has been arrested on the charge of rape.
According to the District Police Range, Kathmandu, Pokharel was arrested from Tripureshwor for investigation into the rape charge against him.
