KATHMANDU, July 13: Former Minister Rameshore Khanal has questioned why three vehicles parked outside media houses in Kathmandu were described as suspicious despite their registration plates being clearly visible.
In a social media post, Khanal wrote, "What I don't understand is this: if the vehicle registration plates are clearly visible, how were they considered suspicious?"
The remarks came after three vehicles were found parked in a manner that obstructed access outside the offices of three major media organizations in Kathmandu on Monday morning. Of the three vehicles, two were found to be registered in the names of private individuals, while one had been purchased by ST Motors through a loan from Sanima Bank.
