KATHMANDU, Oct 6: Gandaki Province Chief Minister Surendra Raj Pandey has filed his candidacy for the post of vice-president of the Nepali Congress (CM) at the party’s 15th General Convention.
Pandey is seeking the vice-presidency with a plan to strengthen the party’s organization from the central leadership.
