Gold price remains stable, silver rises

According to the Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers’ Association, the price of hallmark gold is fixed at Rs 314,800 per tola today, while silver is priced at Rs 5,715 per tola.

KATHMANDU, Feb 25: Gold prices remained unchanged in the domestic market on Wednesday compared to Tuesday, while the price of silver increased by Rs 130 per tola.



According to the Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers’ Association (FENEGOSIDA), the price of hallmark gold is fixed at Rs 314,800 per tola today, while silver is priced at Rs 5,715 per tola.

On Tuesday, silver was priced at Rs 5,585 per tola, FENEGOSIDA reported.


According to international media reports, gold is being traded at USD 2,180 per ounce, while silver is trading at USD 29 per ounce in the international market.
