KATHMANDU, June 10: Gold and silver prices recorded a sharp decline in the domestic market on Wednesday, with gold falling by Rs 10,100 per tola and silver dropping by Rs 185 per tola compared to the previous day.
Gold and silver prices remain steady
According to the Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers' Association (FENEGOSIDA), the price of fine gold fell to Rs 291,800 per tola on Wednesday from Rs 301,900 per tola on Tuesday.
Silver prices also witnessed a notable drop. The precious metal, which was traded at Rs 4,925 per tola on Tuesday, declined by Rs 185 to Rs 4,740 per tola on Wednesday.
