KATHMANDU, April 2: Chairman of the Shram Sanskriti Party, Harka Sampang, has said the government must remember that Nepal exists beyond the Kathmandu Valley.
Speaking at Thursday’s meeting of the House of Representatives, Sampang urged the government to conduct a proper study and careful consideration before making decisions. He suggested that policies should be well thought out in advance rather than being announced and later withdrawn.

He also stressed the need for careful deliberation on issues such as the Education Ministry’s decision regarding bridge courses and the ongoing debate over the age criteria for the distribution of senior citizen allowances.
