The company said the campaign highlights changing commuter expectations, including quicker ride confirmations, shorter waiting times, transparent pricing and more convenient transportation options.
The press release stated that inDrive's fare negotiation model allows passengers to propose a fare, compare offers from drivers and choose their preferred option, while drivers can decide which ride requests to accept.
Rita Pokharel, Country Representative of inDrive Nepal, said the campaign reflects the company's commitment to providing passengers with greater transparency, reliability and control over their journeys.
According to the company, the campaign also aims to encourage discussions on smarter urban mobility and support the development of a more passenger-centric transportation ecosystem.
