KATHMANDU, Sept. 25: Landslides at Krishnabhir in Dhading have obstructed vehicular movement along the Prithvi Highway.

Although authorities had planned to resume traffic from 5 am this morning, vehicles remain stranded after another landslide blocked the road. Dhading police said efforts are underway to clear the debris, but continuous rainfall has hampered the work.
The road at Krishnabhir had subsided on August 30, prompting authorities to construct a temporary diversion. The latest landslide occurred on the diversion, blocking traffic.
