Speaking at the party’s central committee meeting on Friday, Chairman Dahal asserted that he had to ratify the MCC with an interpretative declaration because of the main opposition party, CPN-UML, which has been hatching conspiracies to break the ruling coalition, had put the post of Speaker Agni Prasad Sapota at a risk.
