KATHMANDU, Sept 10: The Nepal Army (NA), after taking charge of security and enforcing a curfew, has urged the public to refrain from operating vehicles except for essential services.
In a statement issued today, the NA clarified that ambulances, hearses, fire trucks, vehicles carrying health workers, and security personnel will be allowed to operate.

It also urged the public to coordinate with nearby security personnel for smooth movement with necessary precautions.
