Nepal and South Korea are also preparing to sign a Framework Agreement for Cooperation on Climate Change during the conference.
The ministry said Nepal would use various sideline discussions at COP31 to work with other mountainous countries and highlight the impacts of climate change on the Himalayan region and mountain communities.
