KATHMANDU, Nov 6: Nepal Oil Corporation (NOC) will keep several of its offices and fuel depots operational during Tihar, Nepal Sambat and Chhath to ensure the smooth distribution of petroleum products throughout the festive period.
The corporation has announced the operating dates for 13 offices and depots across the country based on local demand.

The provincial offices in Biratnagar and Dhangadhi will remain open on Kartik 23 and 26. The offices in Amlekhgunj, Thankot and Birgunj will operate on Kartik 21, 23 and 26.
The Pokhara office will remain open on Kartik 22 and 23, while the Surkhet office will operate on Kartik 20, 22, 24 and 26. The fuel depots in Nepalgunj and Dang will remain open on Kartik 23.
Similarly, the Janakpur fuel depot will operate on Kartik 23 and 26. The branch office in Charali, Jhapa, will remain open on Kartik 21 and 26, while the provincial office in Bhairahawa will operate on Kartik 21, 22 and 26.
The branch office in Dipayal will also remain open on Kartik 23 and 26.
The corporation has urged consumers to contact the concerned officials at its central office if they encounter any problems with the supply or availability of petroleum products.
