JHAPA, Feb 7: Police arrested Sanjiv Acharya, 21, a resident of Bhadrapur Municipality-9, on Friday morning on charges of raping a 10-year-old girl.
According to the District Police Office (DPO), Jhapa, police officials deployed from Ghoramara Police Station arrested Acharya based on a complaint that he had raped the minor.

Spokesperson of the DPO Deputy Superintendent of Police (DSP) Krishna Kumar Chand informed Republica that the police are conducting necessary investigations in this case.
