DAILEKH, Dec 9: A truck collision in Dailekh has claimed one life. Amrita Karmi, 42, from Narayan Municipality-6, was killed on the spot when she was struck by a mini truck (Lu 2 Kha 4008) traveling from Surkhet to Dailekh on Monday.

The incident occurred near the Land Revenue Office in Narayan Municipality-8. Police have arrested the truck driver, Ganesh Damai, 29, from Siddhartha Municipality-13, Rupandehi, and launched an investigation into the cause of the accident.
