RUPANDEHI, March 1: Police have reported that a group of gunmen murdered an individual in Rupandehi on Saturday.
According to DSP Suraj Karki, the spokesperson for the District Police Office (DPO), Rupandehi, 29-year-old Rakesh Singh Lodh was shot dead in Mayadevi Municipality-2.

The DPO has stated that initial investigations revealed the man died from gunshot wounds after authorities found him in a bloody state on the porch of his house.
DSP Karki said that the police are conducting further investigation into the incident. He mentioned that a domestic dispute occurred in the house, and the victim’s brother had fled after the incident, prompting a search for his whereabouts.
