Pro-monarchy demonstrators have launched an indefinite protest calling for the reinstatement of the monarchy in Nepal. The protests began on Thursday (Jestha 15) with a mass gathering at Shanti Batika, and continued on Friday at Maitighar Mandala, drawing attention from both supporters and passersby.

KATHMANDU, May 30: Pro-monarchy demonstrators have launched an indefinite protest calling for the reinstatement of the monarchy in Nepal. The protests began on Thursday (Jestha 15) with a mass gathering at Shanti Batika, and continued on Friday at Maitighar Mandala, drawing attention from both supporters and passersby.
