KATHMANDU, Dec 26: Rabi Lamichhane, former home minister and chairman of the Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP), along with six others, has been presented to the court.
The individuals brought to the Kaski District Court include Lamichhane, former vice chairman of Gorkha Media, Chhabilal Joshi, Nature Herbs owner Ram Bahadur Khanal, Lila Pachain, former board member Krishna Gurung, former Treasurer Aarti Gurung, and former MP Meena Gurung, who also serves as the vice chairperson of the board, according to the Kaski District Police Office.

While statements have been recorded from Joshi and Pachai, Lamichhane has not yet given his statement. Former treasurer Aarti and former MP Meena were arrested on Tuesday.
The statement-recording began on Monday, following additional charges filed against Lamichhane on Sunday. The proceedings are ongoing at the bench of Judge Nitij Rai.
