KATHMANDU, July 6: The ruling alliance has again decided to make Uddhav Thapa the Chief Minister of Koshi Province.
It was decided to make Thapa the Chief Minister in a meeting held at the Prime Minister's official residence, Baluwatar, on Thursday morning.

Rajendra Pandey, the vice- chairman of Unified Socialist Party, said that he has been instructed by the federation to submit a proposal to make Uddhav Thapa, the leader of the Nepali Congress Koshi Province Parliamentary Party, the Chief Minister by 5 o'clock today.
After the collapse of the CPN-UML-led government in Koshi, the time for the formation of a new government has been set until five o'clock in the evening today.
