KATHMANDU, April 9: Siddhartha Bank Ltd has appointed Laxmi Capital Merchant Ltd as its issue manager for its 10:3 rights issue.

KATHMANDU, April 9: Siddhartha Bank Ltd has appointed Laxmi Capital Merchant Ltd as its issue manager for its 10:3 rights issue.

According to a statement issued on Sunday, Rajiv Sapkota, CEO of Laxmi Capital Merchant Ltd and Bhola Nath Dhungana, secretary of Siddhartha Bank Ltd signed the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on behalf of their respective financial institutions.
