KATHMANDU, March 24: Students have padlocked the dean's office of the Faculty of Education, Tribhuvan University (TU) after the results of the third semester at the TU Central Department of Education were published, revealing that 68 percent of the students had failed the exams.

It is considered highly undesirable for such a large number of students to fail in the semester system. The students have accused that the numerical questions in the third semester's measurement and evaluation in the education paper were asked incorrectly. They claim that the incorrect question led to unsatisfactory results in the exam.
