DANG, April 5: The police have arrested three people, including teenagers, on the charge of child marriage in Dang.
A woman was also detained by the police on suspicion of assisting the bride and groom to get married on 2nd April.

A 15-year-old girl from Banglachuli Rural Municipality-4 Gahtera and a 17-year-old boy from Ward No. 8 Hashipur Syala and a woman were detained. A case of child marriage has been filed against them, said Rajan Kumar Gautam, police spokesperson for the District Police Office, Dang.
He said that the children's families had arranged the marriage by mutual agreement. According to him, further investigation is underway.
