CIAA said the team deployed from CIAA Liaison Office, Butwal detained engineers Yogendra Mishra and Ishwori Prasad Dhakal at Western Irrigation Development Office – 7, Semari Nawalparasi with Rs. 56,000 bribe.
The engineers asked kickback from officers at Tilakpur Irrigation User group in order to prepare the work completion evaluation report of Semarwa-Tilakpur Irrigation project.
