KATHMANDU, March 28: The Rastriya Prajatantra Party (RPP) has clarified that it did not organize the pro-monarchy protest in Tinkune.
RPP Spokesperson Mohan Shrestha stated that the RPP only provided moral support to the protest but did not organize it. He further said that the RPP does not support violent protests.

Spokesperson Shrestha said, "The protest in Tinkune on Friday was not organized by RPP. We only extended moral support. RPP never supports violent movements."
However, senior leaders of RPP including Senior Vice President Rabindra Mishra and General Secretary Dhawal SJB Rana were present at the protest.
