KATHMANDU, Nov 5: The nation is presently experiencing a partial influence from Westerly winds. As per the Meteorological Forecasting Division, partly cloudy conditions are observed over Koshi Province, along with the mountainous and hilly areas of the country, while the weather is expected to remain predominantly clear in the other Terai regions.
