KATHMANDU, May 25: A woman was found dead in Bhaktapur on Sunday. According to the police, Roshni Shahi, who was living on rent at Brihaspati, Balkot, Suryavinayak Municipality-2, Bhaktapur, was found dead.
Deputy Superintendent of Police (DSP) Dhundhi Raj Neupane of Bhaktapur Police Range stated that she was found dead in her own room.

“The door was locked from inside,” he said, “We received the news around 1:30 pm and went there to open the door, where she was found dead.”
According to Neupane, her husband resides in Biratnagar. Further investigation into the incident is ongoing.
Shahi was linked to the impeachment case involving former Speaker of House of Representatives (HoR) Krishna Bahadur Mahara.
