Xiaomi Nepal opens three new official service centres in Hetauda, Damauli and Birtamod

KATHMANDU, Dec 15: Global technology leader Xiaomi has opened three new official service centres in Hetauda, Damauli and Birtamod to expand quality customer service and accessibility across Nepal. The centres began operations on December 12, 13 and 15 respectively, aiming to provide Xiaomi users with faster, more reliable and trustworthy access to services.



The new service centres will offer repairs and technical support for Xiaomi smartphones, wearables (smartwatches and fitness bands), hearables (earphones and headphones) and other devices. All centres will use genuine Xiaomi spare parts and follow official repair procedures, ensuring customers receive high-quality, dependable and long-term secure service, according to a press statement issued by the company.

All three service centres will be operated by TeleDirect Pvt Ltd, which falls under Ramesh Corp. TeleDirect is an experienced service provider and has been serving as the official distributor for the Xiaomi brand across Nepal, offering reliable customer support and services.


To celebrate the opening, special offers will be available to customers in Hetauda, Damauli and Birtamod for one month from the launch date. Customers can enjoy free servicing for all devices, free software upgrades, up to a 25 per cent discount on out-of-warranty spare parts and repair services, and no service charges on out-of-warranty spare parts.


Speaking about the opening of the new service centres, a Xiaomi Nepal representative said, “We’re extremely excited to launch our official service centres simultaneously in Hetauda, Damauli and Birtamod. Providing official and reliable service for our popular devices will make things more convenient and trustworthy for Nepali consumers. We’re confident that our partnership with TeleDirect will strengthen both service quality and accessibility.”


Xiaomi Nepal has appointed skilled technicians at all three service centres to provide services ranging from basic troubleshooting to complex technical repairs in line with the company’s official standards. Customers can contact their nearest service centre for immediate consultation, repairs and service facilities.
