Five houses robbed in Rautahat

RAUTAHAT, April 5: Five houses have been robbed here in Rajapur, Farhadwa VDC-7 on Thursday night.



Two groups of looters broke into the five houses of the same locality and made away with the property worth around three lakhs according to district police office, Rautahat.



According to police, the houses which were looted by the burglars, are belonging to Jnadisha and Gonpur Malli Dom, Shes Salam, Shes Kalam and Ram Prabesh.



A team of policemen led by Superintendent of Police Gobinda Ram Pariyar had reached the site right after the incident took place.



According to Pariyar, a search campaign has been already underway to nab the looters.
