KATHMANDU, Oct 13: Police have arrested 19 people while gambling in Chitwan and Banke districts.
Chiranjivi Sadoula, 42, who lives in Unantol, Khairahani Municipality-3, Chitwan, and seven others were arrested by police on Thursday morning.

A police team deployed from the Area Police Office, Khairhani found and arrested them along with Rs 24,520 in cash and a book.
Police arrested 12 people including Upendra Rana, 35, a resident of the same municipality-11, while gambling at the Maxx Hotel Kohalpur Municipality-11, New Road, Banke.
The police team from the Area Police Office, Kohalpur, found and arrested them along with Rs 2, 31,180 in cash and six decks of cards.
