CDO Bhandari´s bodyguard on Wednesday filed the case at District Police Office, Parsa, which immediately issued an arrest warrant against Begum and corresponded with police headquarters for extending it to the capital.

A parliamentary party meeting on Thursday is said to have reached a tentative agreement to form a three-member probe to be led by central committee member Rameshwar Raya.
