Missing chopper belonging to Mustang Helicopter Limited found safe

The helicopter, which lost contact around 1:30 PM, was located near Lapchi Monastery. According to authorities, all five people on board including the pilot are safe.

KATHMANDU, March 27: A chopper belonging to the Mustang Helicopter Pvt. Ltd. that went missing earlier today has been found safe. The helicopter, which lost contact around 1:30 PM, was located near Lapchi Monastery.



According to authorities, all five people on board including the pilot are safe.

The helicopter, with the call sign 9N-ANO, had gone out of contact while flying from Lapchi in Dolakha to Charikot. It was piloted by Captain Suraj Thapa. The aircraft had departed from Kathmandu in the morning en route to Dolakha.
